They should be monitoring and backcloth the parental locks to help manipulate what they watch. They should also be communication with the other parents and have an spirit of what kind of censorship they should be providing and explain to their children w! hat they can or cannot watch. Plus, with the time frame, kids and tennagers can hook in watching violent shows and movies without their parents knowing if there werent parental locks set on their televisions.
